1. How many servings should I use each day?
We recommend two servings a day. The ideal amount depends on your eating habits. Research shows that getting 20-30 grams of high-quality protein throughout the day to meet your daily protein needs (0.6-0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight) maximizes your body’s ability to maintain and repair muscle. Think of these scenarios to personalize your use of Aminos.
- If you consistently get enough protein, you can choose to only use Aminos around your workouts.
- If you have a meal with less than 20-30 grams of protein, a scoop of Aminos will enhance the benefits of that meal.*
