Pollution of polythene, plastic, pesticides and noise are also leading to diabetes. It has been clinically proven in various research studies  conducted in US. These clinical research studies published in American journal of clinical research in nutrition.

The clinical research studies reported that there was a risk of diabetes in over-eating or obese individuals. Now 20 to 30-year-olds individuals blood sugar levels range from 300-400. This is due to pesticides and chemicals used in the fields. Apart from this, there is pollution from plastic and polyethylene. Also the condition of hypoglycemia, in which the amount of sugar decreases than normal. It involves restlessness, vibration, Beating and sweating begins. Blurred eye and fainting are also possible.

Our food consists of protein, carbohydrates and fat. In which protein is lowest and carbohydrate is high. Proteins should be high and carbohydrates low.  increasing blood pressure (BP) is not a disease. Every person’s BP is different. With BP, age depends on diabetes, diet and diseases. We should include less salt and more vegetables and fruits in the diet. BP is 130/80 after avoiding. Then the drugs can run. It is necessary to change awareness and lifestyle to keep us fit and healthy.
